What is FFA?
» FFA is an intracurricular student organization for those interested in agriculture and leadership.
» As a student enrolled in agriculture education, your child is automatically a member of the FFA.
» Participation in FFA is a part of the ag. ed. curriculum so that is why you will see it in the grading
scale.
» There are multiple competitive events that your student can participate in, including Leadership
Development Events (LDE's) ex. speaking events, and Career Development Events (CDE's)
ex. agricultural sales.
What kind of events can I get involved in?
